I am a seasoned IT professional with 20 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering. My journey began as a Software Engineer and evolved through roles such as Test Lead, Automation Specialist, Automation Lead (SME), Test Manager (Automation), and Delivery Manager, which equipped me with a solid blend of technical proficiency and strategic oversight.

I have contributed to service-oriented organizations by establishing process-centric activities and advancing test automation initiatives that improved the delivery of Web, Mobile, and API Technology applications.

Throughout my career, I have led large-scale projects in diverse domains, including technology, retail, healthcare, and hospitality. I managed multiple accounts and engaged with varied stakeholders, consistently applying strong leadership and Project Management skills wherever required.

As a PMP certified professional, I have successfully managed smaller and bigger teams, focusing on optimizing quality processes, effectively implementing Test Automation solutions, Test Management, Teamwork (enablers of Team such as Constructive Collaboration, flawless Communication, and following the principle of Cohesion), and improving delivery efficiency. My hands-on experience spans agile and waterfall development models, where I implemented test automation strategies, REST API automation, mobile application automation, and comprehensive test automation frameworks.

I have played a key role as a Technical Advisor on critical automation assignments, ensuring that the transformation journey toward automation-enabled delivery remains smooth and successful. In addition to my technical strengths, I am passionate about coaching, mentoring, and sharing insights through technical blogging.

I stay updated on industry trends, stay relevant, drive continuous learning, and scale up in the relevant field. I value clear communication, collaboration, teamwork, and a solution-driven approach to tackling every professional challenge.

2024 was an incredible journey of exploring GenAI Assistants, understanding how automation tool vendors adopt them, and reimagining Quality Engineering in the AI era. I have published articles on GenAI Assistants, detailing their architecture, the models they utilize, their adoption methods, integration, and their role in supporting Quality Engineering activities within existing platforms. These articles also explore how GenAI leverages AI technology to augment tasks across phases, from test design to conclusion.  The Analysis, insights were published on the Medium blogging platform (https://rewirebyautomation.medium.com/) along with a voice-over on @reWireByAutomation YouTube channel. The same was published as Articles on the LinkedIn Platform and featured on my profile.

The journey continues from "reWA"; 2025 is all about 'Agentic,' diving into the world of Agentic AI.

In summary, I firmly believe that 'Progress Powers Possibility' can be achieved with the driver of a Start Small and Incremental approach.

Taking this a step further, I actively participated in the Beta Program for LambdaTest's AI Agent, 'KaneAI.' My contributions were recognized and rewarded through achievements in challenges such as Feedback Hero, Blog Writing, and Video Showcase.
